Welcome to Localiya! Localiya is an e-commerce based platform app service. Our app allows sellers to create their online store and sell products in the same locality or out. It is developed in such a way that local customers can search and shop online with their known shop. This Privacy Policy applies to the Localiya Platform, operated by Localiya Digital Marketplace and its sellers.
This Privacy Policy is how Localiya App collects and uses the information we obtain when you use the Localiya Platform. It also describes the choice available to customers and sellers regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and manage that information. This Privacy Policy is a part of and is governed by our Term of Service, which you accept in order to create your online account as a customer or a seller. If you register using a sign-in service or a social media platform such as Facebook or Google, we will collect information needed to authenticate your account and any other information the platform provides in that process. We may also collect additional Personal information as needed to send you and the applicable tax authorities an income tax reporting statement. If you sell (as a seller) or make a purchase (as a customer) through Localiya App we will collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information such as credit/debit card number, UPI address and billing address. We may also collect Personal Information you provide about people, such as their name, mobile number and physical address.
b. Automated Technologies. “App Information”
It means information received and record on our server logs from our app, including your IP address, location, date and time of the use, store, the product you visited, purchased (customers), your mobile device, mobile operating system.

Localiya App may include social media features, such as the Facebook like button and share buttons. These features may collect your IP address.

In general, we use personal information to provide the Localiya Platform to you, including establishing and administering your account, to fulfill your order, and sending you an order confirmation via notification.

Acceptable Use Policies
Localiya is an app-based e-commerce platform that enables anyone anywhere (as seller) to bring their shop online. With this seller service, we can empower millions of seller to launch their own online store and sell products freely without investing huge money and manpower. As a member of Localiya sellers community, sellers from many different backgrounds can likely join us. Therefore, we have some limitations as to what we’ll allow listing and selling on Localiya app. Generally speaking, Localiya reserves the right to deny or terminate any product based on content concerns.
1. Hate Speech and Harassment
We do not allow products that promote or glorify hatred toward people based on their age, race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability and religion, including people, organizations or symbols dedicated to hatred against these groups. Additionally, we will not allow campaigns including content that bullies, attacks or threatens specific individuals.
2. Nudity
We do not allow to sell of pornographic content, like CD, BOOKS, VCD. Any clothing including explicit or extreme representations of nudity or sexual activity. Any exploitation or presentation of minors and sell of sex toys are strictly prohibited.
